I was think how cool it would be if your body showed the amount of work you put into at the gym. I mean obviously it shows after weeks of training with your progress but I mean when you get that sore feeling from a workout it shows. Kinda like a "bruise" effect on your skin. It would show you worked on these certain muscles and yes you may feel sore but it'll also show more instant progress and help motivate you a bit more. I don't know I always think it would be cool if we had that effect when we worked out.
