“Magical lab girl/guy” was the prompt for the day 3 of Digitober. It immediately made me think about alchemy in World of Warcraft. At first, I imagined the character being a low-level knight with random pieces of armor on a lab coat, making his/hers potions before entering the battleground.
It turned out not exactly like this but I think it looks better without big shoulderpads and random stuff. It’s more clear and it gives more attention to the potions and her face.
I really like this one. I allowed myself to be looser in the sketching and it’s definitely a step in the right direction :)

What does a child want?
Frizzy answers this question and, in particular, the Crazy Lab.
"Above all, a child needs to play; it means being free and thus happy. The Crazy Lab fulfills this natural need while educating and instructing. As a teacher, I feel how much this need is frustrated at schools where playing is considered a social vice since it's unproductive. On the other hand, the Crazy Lab breaks the chain of this industrial and traditional conception of education in order to indulge the imagination of the child who wants to get knowledge by observing, touching and especially laughing about the unusual aspect of the scientific experiments that we offer him.
At the Crazy Lab, science is no more the privilege of elite: every child, teenager and even adult finds pleasure in it! Finally, it doesn't constitute any danger: our safety glasses will be the only barrier between us and the world!"
- Danny Daccache, Educator at the Crazy Lab
