Ok so supervillain (m) absolutely OBSESSED w hero (f) and he's like HOPELESSLY in love with her like he'd burn the world for this woman even SAVE it if she asked. And he ofc has been trying to get her attention or smth like that like he's desperate for just one date.
And she ofcourse hates him, well kind of cause he's really REALLY damn sweet to her like if he finds out she likes smth he'd leaves 100 of those in her apartment. And he like leaves little stuff for her n yk n checks up on her. And he actually listens to her and is also HAWT
And he keeps asking her on just one date n she finally FINALLY agrees to a date
And the date is ofc nice asf n he's hella sweet (he almost died when he saw her cause she looked majestic) gentleman energy (we also love making our villains stupid rich hehe).
And she lwk had a nice time n when he drops her off she gives him the tiniest shyest kiss ever n bolts to her apartment door. N when I tell u tes FERAL.
(Totally won't mind if this turns into a series)

Ough the vision this gives me
"Why dont we go out sometime?"
"No."
"I was wondering if you were busy Thursday?"
"If its you asking, yes I am."
"Would you like to go out with me?"
"No."
"There's this new restaurant down by–"
"–No."
"I might not blow up the bank if you'd agree to dinner."
"No."
It seemed like the word "no" was all Supervillain ever heard from Hero's lips. Y'know, the lips he craved, the ones he spent hours wondering what they tasted like, how soft they were?
But it was always no. No. No. No. It was killing him. He tried everything in the book too! Flowers just because, the pastry she ordered from the local cafe every morning (how he obtained this information was DEFINITELY in agreement with the law), cards in the mail for her birthday, hell, he even broke into her apartment to fix the leaky sink! And it was still a no!
Months and months of this and he realized he'd have to be a lot smarter. He kept asking her everyday, whether it was a text, running into her on the street, breaking into her office. She had to be thoroughly annoyed with the question. He made sure he caused a big mess in the city to wear her out an fray her nerves before meeting her in her apartment when she came home right before the sun rose again.
"So," he purred from her armchair, the thought of how annoyingly delicious he looked lounging in the early morning shadows definitely never crossed Hero's mind, "about our earlier discussion–"
"Will you leave me alone if i say yes?"
"Well, I certainly won't have to ask you anymore."
She sighed and rubbed her temple, "fine. Now out. I want to sleep for 16 hours straight." She waved her hands like she was shooing a raccoon from a trashcan.
"Alright, alright, so, dinner, 7pm on Friday? Wear something nice?"
"Fine, whatever."
And of course, when Friday came, there was absolutely no meaning behind the five hours she had stressed over what to wear and how to do her hair.
But, when Supervillain finally arrived to pick her up, her efforts were not in vain. His heart genuinely skipped a beat and he had to pick his jaw up from the floor. He stumbled over his hellos and how are yous before leading her to his car and opening the door for her.
"I'm sure this car was obtained with legal money that you got from a reputable career after paying taxes, right?"
He looked at her like she was crazy from the driver's seat, "Well, yeah, what else would I do? Rob the bank on 1st Street?"
"Oh, you would never do such a thing."
He took her to an expensive restaurant, the kind she had never been to and could hardly tell what anything on the menu was. He was nice enough, almost polite, but she would never go as far to say he was a gentleman.
He wore the proper attire, and that's all Hero would say on paper. She'd never say anything about the way the black silk dress shirt stretched across his solid chest, tucked in nicely to a pair of slacks that made her think about the muscles of his thighs, the gold watch on his wrists that drew her eyes to linger on his fingers like an art student analyzing a Renaissance painting.
She'd never even think of that.
But then the real issue came: he made her laugh. Not just a little giggle, a laugh. When was the last time she even did that? It was over something stupid, too. The whole way back to her apartment she could barely even remember what made the joke funny, (they'd accidentally stayed until the restaurant closed and all the guests had left).
Maybe then, it was the distraction that made her do it. Maybe her mind was elsewhere, she clearly wasn't thinking and it just happened. But when she got out of the car and he walked her back up to her apartment to make sure she was safe, they exchanged a few words, and perhaps the devil himself had possessed her, and she was leaning in, her lips pressing warm on his cheek.
Her face got even warmer and she flinched back away from him (in disgust obviously), "Shit, uh, goodnight." The door slammed behind her.
He stood in shock. What just happened? He lifted a hand to his cheek, his heart pounding, his fingers came away smudged a rosey red from her lipstick. Dammit, he was in love.
