That's exactly what I was imagining for Cream. And I hadn't even thought about having the Nightwing logo on Gmerl lol but that's perfect that's exactly how it should be!
You know I actually think Tim Drake is the Robin who gets shafted more than any other in adaptations. You might think it's Jason, but I say it's actually Tim. Jason might barely ever get adapted in name, but oftentimes he'll be used for his personality. Take the DCAU where the second Robin is NAMED Tim Drake, but he's really just Jason Todd wearing Tim's name tag. He acts nothing like Tim, his personality and backstory are all Jason. And in the Arkham games once again Tim acts nothing like himself, being a quippy and violent skinhead who dates Barbara.
Despite having a sort of original backstory, I think I'd lean most on Tim when considering how I'd imagine Cream as Robin. One living parent, being somewhat passive but plucky and nice, and smart. As described by Marv Wolfman himself, Tim is a positive thinker, grounded, exceptionally smart, and exuberant. Doesn't that sound like Cream too?
