No dont get me wrong Vidalia is a great woman, but, they eat Pasta and butter, with mashed potatos for dinner (Not the best dinner) she carries around a gun because people break into there garage alot! And they even said that Sour cream and Yellowtail fight alot. So ya, its not the best home life, and in contrast to Stevens, ya it sucks! Where Yellowtail is always away and cant play with Onion, Greg is literally always there to get up to high jinks and tomfoolery! Thats just my idea though.

Hahah I guess you wouldn’t really care for that very same meal being occasionally slapped together at my house, huh? XD Buttered noodles and potatoes are like some of my favorite things to eat, no lie.

You’ve got a point with fighting between Yellowtail and Sour Cream probably being disruptive to Onion, but still it seems like Vidalia does try to keep the peace within her home. Just because Onion’s life is different from Steven’s doesn’t mean it’s worse though. 

I do think Onion looks up to Steven like any little kid does to an older kid, and I do think that how he acts around Steven is a way to get the big kid he looks up to his respect and attention. But I’m starting to think less and less his actions are a direct result of his home life.

I think Onion just acts out because his home life kinda sucks, and he is making fun for himself. Stevens life looks pretty fun and cool to him, so like, maybe he is just trying to be accepted (Like we all are). Also, it shows great growth, the mouse in the mouth thing, he did not kill it because Steven did not want to kill it!

I could see that- although I’d disagree completely with the idea that Onion’s home life sucks completely. Vidalia to me felt to be a very warm mother figure, who is both supportive towards his expression as well as hands-off with her boys. While his father is often away it seems for work, they too both seem to have a loving relationship as well. He might act out for attention from his peers, or people he looks up to- in this case we know he talks to his mom about Steven a lot so I’d say it’s safe to assume Onion really likes Steven and maybe is trying to get his attention to be his friend.

His actions in saving the mouse- while strange, is still thoughtful. Just as he acted kindly towards Steven in gifting him his favorite of the GALS.

Haha, I personally am a sex-repulsed ace. I find even the idea of sex to be super repulsive, and physically too painful to handle. Maybe if I found someone I really loved I'd be willing to put up with the pain and general awfulness for them, but ideally I'd want to find someone who wouldn't ask that of me. Unfortunately bringing up the concept of never having sex is a deal breaker for most people.

That said, there are tons of asexuals who aren't sex repulsed and even get pleasure out of it! Asexuals have no sexual attraction to other people, but that doesn't mean that our bodies are incapable of pleasure. I think it's grey-aces who are the ones who still like sex but aren't so much sexually attracted to other people.
