Prodding the pillow-soft coconut cream bun (椰子奶油包) from @chinatownbakery_london 🍞🥥 • I miss the bakeries in Hong Kong, but I consider myself so lucky that we have a number of Chinese bakeries in London! Of all the coconut cream buns I’ve tried, this has to be one of my favourite as they not only sprinkle desiccated coconut, but also add some peanut pieces onto the exterior.
