It’s frustrating to find a recipe that calls for “cream of (fill in the blank)” and have to skip it cause I can’t (and don’t want to) eat the canned stuff! . . However now I just make this cream of vegan soup and have peace of mind knowing where the ingredients came from (and I can pronounce them)! Totally dairy free and gluten free too!
