Ingredients: 1 box pineapple cake mix. 1 cup 7UP soda. 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained. 2 cups vanilla yogurt. 1 cup whipped cream. Maraschino cherries for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix pineapple cake mix and 7-UP in a large bowl until everything is well mixed. Put the batter into a baking pan that has been greased and bake it as directed on the cake mix. When the cake is done, let it cool down all the way, and then break it up into little pieces. Layer the crushed pineapple cake, drained crushed pineapple, vanilla yogurt, and whipped cream in glasses or bowls that will be used for serving. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top to finish. Add a Maraschino cherry to the top of each parfait. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it.
