Creatable World
My Creatable doll just got here and I am V impressed tbh The clothes are wonderful quality, all fabric pieces and the working zipper is amazing. I got curly blonde because they’re the only one that I felt was perfect as is (may get braided and curly brunette too tho, they’re adorable) The hair is kind of a mess, tbh, it’s rooted very thick, saran, and with a full parting, but the curls aren’t as organized as I’d like even after a wash, so I’ll probably end up setting it into some rollers if I can’t style it with Water Wax. It’s kind of a cute messy look though, so I may leave it as is!
Anyone who knows me, knows that I live and DIE for realistic casual clothing for dolls, so I zeroed in on the sweats and jacket immediately lmfao. The shoes are adorable too! Their body is very nice, it has a weight to it and the joints are tight. I was thinking Rylan for a name, but while I was texting my friend and listing all of the amazing pieces, they said ‘’What name are you thinking’’ and I didn’t see that and went ‘’Fabric bag’’ and they replied like ‘’That’s a good name’’ LOL so now I’m thinking Bag for their name because I’m stupid lmfao Overall very impressed with this line, the details and quality are great and it makes me incredibly happy to see something like this in the mainstream. I was nearly in tears just seeing the impact it was having just on the first day, the amount of happiness going on in my social justice circles because of this line, and I really hope this line makes both kids and adults feel welcome and represented. Mattel is really killing it with Creatable and She-ra this year!
