When someone is truly apologetic they don't act like a little victim when you inform them about how angry you are that they screwed with your property. 

Someone stole my work to spite me for an action that I was well within my right to act upon. I treated this person with every once of dignity and respect I could muster and their response was to post something did for my work without any credit to me. So I did what anyone would do and confronted them about it and requested it taken down. Of course these kinds of things rarely happen you want them.

They admitted that they were sorry for what they did but in all honesty, there was no sincerity in it. The problem is, is that they did this to hurt me. Only because I asked them to not be a part of my project anymore due to artistic conflicts.

Then they began victimizing themselves and tried to rationalize their behavior by saying that I don't understand rejection and blah blah blah. 

And then here they were trying to convince me to give me a second chance and I'm like, "you're kidding."

I mean, I'm sorry but I don't believe in second chances to those who knowingly did something wrong with the intention of hurting someone.

how to deal with someone taking credit for someone else's fanart? in a FB fan group, a girl posted a screenshot of "her drawing" being liked on Instagram by the actress who plays the character. i recognized it as a picture i've seen before so i googled and found the original drawing / artist on deviantart. didn't want to jump to a conclusion so i asked the purported artist if she is on deviantart. she responded no but added that she drew from many inspirations to draw her picture. what do i do next?

I admit, I don't take alot of the photos I post here. But what really annoys me is when people source photos from a site (especially fashion) and don't bother to credit it. Remember this photos are somebody else hard work and creative property. Give them the respect they deserve, its not hard.
