Burger Cupcakes are a fun and creative dessert that looks like mini burgers. They are perfect for parties and kids' events. These cupcakes combine the flavors of chocolate and icing to create a delicious and unique treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup green icing lettuce. 1/4 cup yellow icing cheese. 1/4 cup red icing ketchup. 1/4 cup yellow icing mustard. 1/4 cup brown icing burger patty. 1/4 cup sesame seeds.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350 F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake tin. Put flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. With the dry ingredients still together, add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together well. Toss in the little chocolate chips. Around two thirds of the way full, put batter into each cupcake liner. It's done when a toothpick stuck in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean after 18 to 20 minutes of baking. Wait until the cupcakes are completely cool. Put green frosting on top of each cupcake lettuce after it has cooled. Put cheese icing yellow on top of the green icing. Put some ketchup red icing and mustard yellow icing on top of the cheese. In the middle, put a small amount of brown icing the burger that you made. To make the frosting look like burger buns, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of it. For extra flavor and texture, top with shredded coconut for the lettuce and crushed graham crackers for the bun crumbs. Right now your Burger Cupcakes are ready to be served.
