Creativity Jar
(I'm not sure if I would call this a spell or a charm or what, but here we go!)
Ingredients
Rosemary, any other herbs you see fit
Pencil shavings (I used orange and yellow to match my intentions. You could also use dried paint chips, scratch paper, a tiny bit of clay, basically use a by-product of your creative pursuits)
Water
Hair
Orange and yellow crayons for sealing wax
Lighter, matches, melting tool
Ginger (optional, I used this for extra kick)
Steps
Cleanse yourself and your space nicely. Ground, center, shield. Call for any spirits or deities if you wish, maybe light a candle or incense. Make it nice.
Cleanse ingredients with running water, salt, or smoke of your choosing (I used patchouli incense and running water. You could also do this first.)
Ask ingredients to boost creativity, invigoration, imagination, protection, prosperity and positivity as you put the items in the container. Your hair creates a taglock for you and your intentions. (If you, like me, are trying to get your hair into a super cute super tiny bottle, wrap it around your finger and then push/roll it off, it should stay mostly in a ring. You'll probably still have some bits that don't want to go in, I used a pencil to push it all down.) Thank the ingredients as you use them.
As you prepare to seal the container, you may draw runes or sigils to amplify your intentions, and then hide them under the melted wax. Carefully melt the crayon bits so they drip down nicely and seal your container. Thank everything again, release anything working with you, ground, center, shield. Now go have a snack, a nap, and/or some tea, and get ready to feel extra creative very soon! ✨🧡✨
