“how about an aleks imagine where he tries to impress the reader with his fuckboyness? you decide what happens next ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)”

I loved this prompt but struggled while writing this imagine. Maybe i’ll revisit this idea another time. Thank you to the lovely anon who requested it!

You hear your phone beep and see a text from Aleks. “Got two tickets for Y/FM tonight, want to come with me?”

“YES!!”

“Alright, I’ll be at your place in an hour.”

“Thank you Aleks!!”

He arrives late, like always. But you couldn’t complain, he was taking you to your favourite movie after all. You see him walking towards your house and you exit and lock the door behind you.  “Thank you meme boooooy” you say while going in for a hug. You notice the overly strong scent of his cologne. It was nice a nice smell, but there was way too much of it. When you arrive at the theater you follow Aleks to the line.  

He walks up to the till and says “Two tickets for Y/FM please”

You were confused since he told you he already had the tickets.  You waited until he finished paying to ask him about it. “I thought you already had the tickets?” you say.

His face goes blank and he looks away from you. “Yeah… about that. What I meant to say was that I WOULD have two tickets.”

“Aleks, that makes absolutely no sense.”

He shuffled around awkwardly and looked a little caught off guard. Then you said “You’re really weird, you know that right?”

Aleks just smiled and said “Popcorn?”

“Yes please.”

You and Aleks walked into the auditorium and seated yourselves in one of the middle rows. The ads were playing and nobody was really paying attention. Aleks took off his jacket to reveal a white v-neck shirt.  “Nice v-neck, asshole.” You say to him with a grin on your face.

“Come on the ladies love this.”

“Oh sure they do, meme boy. Whenever I see a guy in a v-neck I just swoon.” You say sarcastically.

Aleks then looked around him and proceeded to ask the lady seated next to you “Hey, you like the v-neck right?”

She then replied “Uh…sure?” and looked away.

You then started laughing while Aleks settled back into his seat with a completely blank look on his face. You leaned over and rested your head on his shoulder. “It’s okay meme boy, the v-neck isn’t that bad. You kinda pull it off actually, it’s just such a typical douchey white guy thing to wear.” You lifted your head off of his shoulder and looked at him.

“You really think I pull it off?”

“Of course, I just think you look better when you’re not trying to impress people.”

“Who said I was trying to impress anyone?”

“I guess nobody did. It’s just that you usually wear a regular t-shirt with a video game you like on it or something.  Now you wear snapbacks and lots of what I would refer to ‘swag lord’ attire.”

“Swag lord?” he said with a confused yet amused face.

“Hey, you’re the one with socks that say swag on them.”

“I did it for the memes alright.”

“Sure ya did meme boy.” You said while smiling.

The lights started to dim and you both settled back comfortably and waited for the movie to start.

After the movie you both leave the theater and make your way to the car. “Want to get a bite to eat?” Aleks asks.

“Dinner and a movie? This is starting to sound like a date, meme boy.”

Aleks then started to blush and smile a little bit while standing by the car and turning to look at you. “So is that a yes?” He asks.

“Only if you tell me the truth.”

“The truth?”

You took a step towards him and said “Yeah, I mean come on, Aleks. All I could smell all night was the copious amounts of cologne you’re wearing, you lied about having tickets to MY favourite movie, and you’re wearing a v-neck. That isn’t like the Aleks I know. So tell me what’s going on.”

“I guess I was just trying to impress you” Aleks said while breaking eye contact.

“Impress me?”

“Yeah.”

You took both his hands from his sides and held them while looking him in the eyes and said “Aleks, you don’t need to wear v-necks and wear snapbacks to impress me. I like you just the way you are, you’re my meme boy.”

Aleks then stared deeply at you as he smiled. Then he said “Y/N….will you swag with me? Yolo?” You both then broke out into laughter.

“Aleks I can’t believe you just said that.”

“Come on I’m your meme boy, I had to meme it up a little. Still up for dinner?” he said while getting into the car.

“Of course, next time don’t wear so much cologne though.” You said while getting into the car as well.

“So there’s gonna be a next time?” he said leaning towards you and smiling.

“There better be.”

You’re a creature and you get along with everyone, except for Dex. You never liked his attitude or behavior but you end up developing a crush on him as he tries to make up for an argument that took place the day before.

PLEASE READ: I know Dex is the subject of many controversies, but I had an idea that I wanted to put out so I apologize if this offends anyone. Please don’t take this imagine as me supporting what he said recently on Tumblr or in the past. This is purely fiction and is in no way intended to be harmful or offensive. Hopefully those of you who are fans of him can enjoy this! And I assure everyone else that more Dex free imagines are on the way.

I never liked Dex even before I became a Creature. I found him to be arrogant, ignorant, careless, rude, and just downright repulsive. But for the sake of my career with the creatures and for the sake of my friendship with the others, i dealt with him. It was just another ordinary day in the office. I could see Dex preening himself getting ready to do the intro for The Hub from my office. His dapper sense of style was never attractive to me, it just seemed like he tried way too hard. Soon enough I seen him walking towards me. “Hey Y/N do you have any hairspray?” he asks. “Uh no, sorry Dex.” I reply. He looked a bit taken aback by my reply, as if it was shocking to hear that I don’t keep hairspray in the office. “Okay well do I look okay at least?” he asks me. “Dex you’re doing the intro to the Hub not going to a photo shoot.” I tell him with a bit of an attitude. “Aw come on I gotta look good ya know.” he says while pulling on the lapel of his jacket. “Dex…i’m trying to get some work done.” I tell him. I could see him roll his eyes and let out a small noise of disgust. “Well jeez I didn’t know you were on ya damn period.” He says while walking away.  “Excuse me?” I get up and walk towards him. This was the last straw, he was about to get a piece of my mind.  “Dexter, STOP.” I exclaim while pacing towards him. He stops in the hall and says “What now Y/N.”. I can see Dan at the end of the hall spectating and I’m mildly embarrassed already for the scene I’m about to cause. “What the fuck is up your ass? You’re one of the rudest people I’ve ever fucking met in my life. For your information, I am not on my period. I am just sick to death of your constant arrogance and self-entitlement.” I say in anger, my body warm from anger. “What the fuck is up MY ass? You’re the one being a drama queen darlin’.” he says. “Hey calm down guys.” Dan says while walking towards us. “I’m fucking done.” I say while walking back into my office. I was so upset from the whole interaction that I just start crying at my desk. I’ve tried so hard to just keep my anger inside but I was just at my limits. I was sure I was going to lose my job, probably lose my friends too. Dex had been there longer and I’m sure I wasn’t as important as someone they’ve known for so long. I could hear mumbling from the hall, it sounded like Jordan and Dan. Not too long later I hear a knocking at my door. “Y/N? You okay?” I see Jordan come through the door. I Try to hide my tears but it’s no use. “Yeah, I’m sorry I just deal with how he acts anymore.” I tell him. He pulls up a chair and says “It’s okay, we all get like that sometimes. Don’t be too hard on yourself alright?”.  “I think I’m gonna go home, if that’s okay with you.” I tell him. “Yeah that’s fine, just make sure you’re here for filming tomorrow. I’ll talk to Dex” He says.

The next day I show up at the office. Today would be the filming of “Hello”, a song and video collaboration between us and D4nny. Dex was basically the star of this video, so I wasn’t too thrilled about showing up that day. But I had my obligations as did the rest of the creatures, and I didn’t want to let Jordan down after the scene I made. I was told to dress somewhat “Sexy” as “Hello” was kind of a parody of a typical Rap video.  So I showed up in a mini dress and heels. Nothing too provocative but it was still suitable for the video.  As I walked into the office I was greeted by a giggling James. He had a crazy amount of bling around his neck. “Woah do I get one of those?” I ask. “If you can run to the end of the hall without tripping in those shoes I’ll give you one.” He say. Everyone knew I didn’t wear heels often, not only were they uncomfortable but I couldn’t walk in them.  But being the goof ball I was I accepted the challenge anyways. I start running but I trip only 4 strides in. I hear James laughing, but then I hear a giggle in the other direction, it was Dex. I look up in distress and see Dex standing in front of me. “Have a nice trip?” he says. I decide the best thing to do is just…pretend our fight never happened. “For sure.” I say. Surprisingly he extends his hand to help me up. “Nice dress.” he says in almost a flirty tone. Confused all you can say is “Uh thanks Dex.” While dusting yourself off James comes still laughing from your fall. “This is for the effort.” He says while placing a fake gold chain around ,my neck. Stefani comes out dressed in denim shorts and low cut shirt, she was going to be in the video as well. “Lookin’ good Stef!” I shout. James lets out a whistle teasing Stefani for her courageous outfit. “Alright guys, let’s go film!” Dan says.

We all proceeded to go outside. We started with a shot of Dex coming out from between two shipping containers. He actually looked really good when he wasn’t in a suit. For the first time ever, you actually thought he looked kinda cute. Next it was time to film a shot of me and Stef dancing. We did some goofy “club” dancing together and then Dex came in rapping between us. All was well until I tripped on my own feet. I felt myself about to fall and I grabbed the closest thing to me, Dex. He caught me mid fall and looked me right in the eyes and said “You alright sweetheart?”. I don’t know what was happening to me, I was actually nervous about him holding me. “Yeah I’m good sorry Dex.” I say while blushing. “No need to be sorry.” He said while helping me get back on my feet. It was getting super cold, too cold for what me and Stef were wearing. I asked if they needed us for any more shots and Dan and Dex agreed that what they had was enough. So I headed back inside along with Stefani.

Soon enough I heard them all come back into the office.  I was getting my jacket on while I heard someone open my door. “Hello?” i hear Dex say. I instantly felt a rush of nerves. “Oh hey Dex, whats up?” I ask. He shuts the door behind him and turns to me and says “I just wanted to apologize for what I said yesterday, I really didn’t mean to make you upset or to make you cry Y/N.” I had never heard him say my name like that before, so soft and smooth. “It’s okay, I’m sorry I made such a scene.” I say while avoiding eye contact. I went to turn to grab my bag when I feel his hand grab my arm. “Y/N” he says. I turn to him and reply with a simple “yes?”. “Do you wanna go get lunch or something?” he asks. Was this a date? Was this just a way for him to feel better about what he did yesterday? “Right now?” I asked him. “Yeah, I mean if you’re not busy it’s the least I could do.” He says. “Sure I was just gonna go home anyways.” I told him. We both made our way out of the office and once we got outside he said “You looked really nice today Y/N.” I started blushing again. Was he flirting or just being friendly? “Thanks, so did you.” I said in reply to him. He really did look good today, really good. I got into his car and he asked “Where do you want to go sweetheart?”. God the way he said that turned me to mush. “How about Steak n’ Shake? It’s pretty close and Jordan seems to love it.” I said. “Anything for you, love.” he said. Why was calling me those things? Was it just a British thing, or did it mean something. Shortly we arrived at Steak n’ Shake and Dex helped my get out of the vehicle.  I felt super over-dressed and wondered how Dex lived day to day in such dapper clothing. Surely it wasn’t comfortable? We both sat down in a booth and looked over the menu. The waitress came over and took our orders. She had to be about 24 with a pretty big chest. She wasn’t that bad looking either. Once she left I heard Dex start to giggle and say “What a butterface.”. “You think she’s ugly?” I asked. “Come on Y/N did you look at her?” he says. Dex certainly was strange, you couldn’t even tell if he was being serious or not. “My god Dex I can’t even remember a time where you’ve said a girl was good looking, you’re so picky.” I told him. “Well there aren’t enough good looking people out there.” He says. “Give me ONE GIRL you think is pretty.” I asked. “You.” He says. Taken by surprise i let out a low “me?” followed by blushing and a smile I tried my best to hide. He had to be joking. “Wait you’re joking right?” i asked him. “No, I think you’re gorgeous Y/N.” He says. “Wh- why are you even telling me this now of all times? Just yesterday we got into a huge fight.” I tell him. “I wouldn’t call that fight huge, but you just looked really good today.” He said looking right at you with a smug smile. The waitress came and gave me and Dex our orders. Thank goodness because things were getting really awkward. We ate and talked about work and stuff and soon enough it was time to leave.

I got back into the vehicle and thought about what he had said back in the restaurant. The car was cold and I was freezing. It was pitch black outside and the parking lot was vacant. “You okay?” Dex asks while getting in. “Yeah my legs are just freezing.”  I replied while shivering. “Are you really that cold?” Dex says while leaning closer to you. Next thing you know his hand is on your thigh and he’s looking at you with a mischievous smile. Soon enough he leaned in for a kiss and all I could feel was his warm hand placed on my thigh and his lips pressed against mine.

“Been waiting to make that move for a while, sweetheart.”

It was a cold night spent watching shitty movies on the couch with Stefani. “Hey Stef…can I tell you something?” you said in a timid voice, “Of course! What’s going on?” She replied. You were nervous to tell her, but keeping it to yourself was killing you. “Um, actually can I ask you something?” you spoke a little more confidently. “Sure, what is it?” she said. “Do you think any of the guys in the office are uhh…attractive?” you said while breaking eye contact and looking the other way. She giggled and started smiling “Yeah actually… Jordan.” she bushed. “Oh my god I would have never guessed!” you said joyfully.  You were so relieved at Stefani’s confession and felt more at ease. “So come on, tell me who you like!” she said with a huge grin on her face leaning towards you in anticipation. “Ahh it’s so embarrassing.” you said covering your face with your hands. “Come on I told you who I liked! And why would It be embarrassing? There’s no harm in thinking someone’s cute.”  Stef proclaimed. Your eyebrows furrowed and you said “Because I don’t even think he even likes me as a co-worker, or a friend, and there’s no way he would ever date me.” “Is it Aleks? You always look so flustered around him.” Stef questions.  “Yeah…” you say as you let out a sigh. “Why don’t you think he likes you?” she asks. “I don’t know I just feel like I’m pretty close with everyone in the office except for him. He’s the only person I’ve never done a video with. And whenever I’m playing a game with James and he invites Aleks , he always comes up with an excuse not to join us. I just feel like he avoids interacting with me except for when he absolutely has to.” you say while looking blankly at the space in front of you. “He’s busy ya know, just has so much on his plate with the creatures, his channel, and streaming.” Stef says while grabbing your hand to comfort you. “I guess, It’s a good thing though, he makes me so nervous and whenever I’m around him I feel like I’m a mess.” You say leaning back into the couch. “Hey it’s okay, I think I have an idea.”  She said. 

It was the next day in the office during Creature Talk. It was you, James, Jordan, and Aleks. They were all talking about how long they’ve been a Creature and you felt a little left out since you’ve only been a creature for about 6 months. “So y/n in two weeks it’ll be half a year since you became a creature, how does it feel?” Jordan said. “Aside from being the victim of numerous pranks, having James yell at me 24/7, and falling down the office stairs that one time, it’s been great and I love working with everyone.” You say. “Hahaha I still wish we got that on film.” James says leaning back and laughing as loud as possible. Aleks turned to look at you and said “You know Stef actually mentioned earlier that me and you haven’t worked together much.” You got instantly nervous and knew that had to be her plan. “Yeah actually you’re the only one I don’t have a let’s play with on my channel, we should change that.” You kept it cool and casual, at least you thought you did. The conversations carried on as the topics changed but the chat was going crazy demanding a video of you and Aleks. After Creature Talk ended you went into Stefani’s office. “SO YOU DIDN’T THINK MAYBE TELLING ME ABOUT YOUR PLAN WAS A GOOD IDEA BEFORE YOU DID IT?” you said in a panic. “Hey all I did was drop a helpful hint in casual conversation with Aleks.” She said. “Yeah and it totally put me on the spot during Creature Talk, I nearly died!” you proclaimed.  You walked out of her office and continued your work throughout the rest of the day. Soon enough it was dark and the rest of the Creatures started to go home. Stefani peeked in your door “Hey are you almost done?”. “No I’m so sorry i have so much to do, You should head home though I don’t want to keep you waiting I’ll just catch an uber back.” You reply. SLAM She closes the door. About a minute later she opens the door again “Aleks is gonna drive you home, he’s staying late too” she says with a smirk on her face.  Your mouth drops and before you can say anything she’s out the door. Some time passes and you go into the kitchen to get water. You were shocked to hear a low “Hey” come from behind you in the nearly empty office, it was Aleks of course. “Oh hey Aleks what’s up?” you say trying your best to hide the shaking in your voice. He doesn’t usually talk to you one on one like this. It was so hard to stay calm when you could barely look him in the eyes without turning bright red. “So I seen that unboxing you did the other day with Jordan and since he got a knife I was wondering if you could bring some of that good luck my way? We can record real quick if you want. Bet the fans would like it.” He said with a grin on his pale face. How could you say no? “Did you see my latest unboxing though? I think Jordan took all of my luck.” You say while giggling. “I guess we’ll find out.” He says. 

Aleks grabs you a spare chair and brings you into his office. You’re oddly at ease being with him, shy and scared, but still happy just to be doing something with him. The room is dark and blue lights create a beautiful glow. “Hello guys Aleks here better known as ImmortalHD on the internet. It’s that time again, another waste of money.” He says to the camera. “But today I have a guest, someone to bring me some LUCK as they say.” He looks over to you and you introduce yourself. “And it’s me Y/N!” You say. “Or better known as Y/GT on the internet” Aleks finishes for you. He was so unbelievably dorky and adorable. After a few bad cases Aleks says “Well I guess Jordan really did take all of your good luck. Let’s give this one more try.” You open the last case and wait for the results. “OH MY GOD” Aleks yells. A knife appears on screen and you’re both in shock. You both finish off the video and he looks at you with a big smile. “We need to do unboxings together more often.” He says. He stretches out in his chair and asks “Ready to go? “Yeah,” you reply.   Both of you go outside and see unbelievable amounts of snow. “Holy shit” Aleks says in shock. “I can’t believe we didn’t notice how bad it was snowing.” You say. “Guess we better hurry.” he says. You both get into the car and Aleks started driving. The snow is thick and it’s clearly hard to drive. “Yo what’s Stefani’s address?” he asks. “Oh shit I actually don’t know, I’ll call real quick and ask.” You say while he just gives you a weird look. You call Stefani and let it ring. She doesn’t pick up so you text her asking for the address and call her again, still no answer. “She’s not answering what do I do.” You ask him. “Well I live close so let’s just go to my place and wait for her to call back, you can come meet Mishka.” He says. You felt like an idiot for not knowing Stefani’s address but you’ve only been there for a few months and have never needed to know her address by memory anyways. She drove you to and from work and wherever you needed to go. It was pretty easy living with a friend who you also worked with. “Are you sure?” you ask him. “Well yeah, what else are you gonna do.” He says. He was right, you had no other option. 

A little while later and you arrive at his place. You both enter and you feel the warm air surround you. Mishka runs right up to Aleks and he starts playing with her before he even has the chance to take his jacket off. “Were you a good doggie? Ready for a treat?” he says to her in the cutest voice ever. You could tell he really loved her. “Aww she’s so cute.” You say. “Come say hello Mishka!” he says while he comes over to you. She follows him and comes and starts licking your hand. “I think she likes you.” He says. He goes and puts his bag away while you play with Mishka.  You looked around and noticed Aleks kept his place pretty clean for a guy, it was really nice. You took a few pictures of Mishka and posted one to Instagram, “Bae” you captioned it. Soon enough you see comment after comment of people asking if you and Aleks are dating. You started thinking it was a mistake posting it, if they were asking you they were surely asking him as well. His twitter was probably flooded with the question hundreds of times and it would all be your fault. He comes back into the living room and says “Stef call yet?”.  “Nope” you reply. Aleks goes to the window and looks outside “Maybe you should just stay here, I don’t think I can drive in that snow.” You go to the window to take a look yourself and see nothing but white pouring from the sky. “Woah, yeah I don’t want you getting into an accident.” You say. “Do you mind sleeping on the couch?” he asks. “Yeah that’s fine, sorry about all of this, I really should have known the address.” You say. “Wanna hear something embarrassing?” you ask him while walking to the couch. He follows, sits down, and excitedly says “Yes please.” You let out a deep breath and say “Until today, I thought you hated me.” Aleks starts smiling and looks at you and asks “Why would you ever think that?” You look away and say “Well, i mean you never asked to collab with me, you never talked to me on Creature Talk, and never really tried to interacted with me much at all.” “I must seem like such an asshole.” He says. “I’m an idiot, I’m sorry. I guess I’m just not used to a girl being around the office other than Stef. I didn’t want to upset you and I thought if we talked I’d say something stupid like I always do.” He says. “It’s cute when you say stupid things though. Of course you say some of the most nonsensical things I’ve ever heard but… it always makes me laugh.” You tell him. “You think I’m cute?” he asks.  You turn bright red and crack a smile you can’t hide. He looks at you in anticipation and curiosity. “Do you?” he says once again.  All you do is nod. Aleks looks completely shocked and happy, and under his breath you hear “she likes me”.  You’re relived at how happy he is but you’re also so embarrassed at the same time. You close your eyes and try to comfort yourself. But before you know it you feel his hand grab your face and guide it towards him. You open your eyes and see him staring back at you. He was so close you could feel his breath on your face. “I’m going to kiss you okay?” he asks. You smile and let him do the rest.

Double Mod Fanfics

So from now on, we’re going to start doing a thing where you guys can request imagines, but instead of it going exactly the way you would expect, we’re going to have two types of endings. The first one, a “Mod A” ending, is when I (Mod I) write the fluffy beginning and Allison (Mod A) is going to make it stupid towards the end. The second one, a “Mod I” ending, is when Allison writes the stupid beginning and I change it up and make it cute at the end.
