Honestly you guys, you should've seen this coming. Me in a new fandom? Check. Got a new blorbo? Check. Turn that blorbo into a werewolf? Double check. It's a canon event. I'm sorry Jon 'jarchivist' Sims but the werewolf beam be upon ye.

Sooo this is just a very self indulgent au I started in February. No plot just.... wholesome werewolf shenanigans...at least for now! ;)

(although I have been low-key thinking about a plot...or at least vague plot points...yeah)

Because how am I supposed to fight the horrors without my emotional support werewolf Archivist?? How?

I also love the idea that despite being a werewolf, Jon somehow still manages to have starving wet cat aura

As for how Jon ended up as a werewolf I've decided that the au takes place mainly on s1 (at the time I was drawing this I hadn't thought about the timeline that much which is why one of Jon's paw's is burnt)

The story I've planned so far is that Jon takes the statement of a man claiming that his elderly father took woodcarving as a hobby and while everything was fine at first. One day his father carved a small wolf figurine that he swore had turned him into a werewolf. The man's son gives said figurine to Jon as well as the statement and Jon dismisses the whole thing as a case of clinical lycanthropy. However something about the figurine caught his attention. He cannot figure out why but he feels pulled to it and instead of taking it into artefact storage. He decides to keep it.

And that's how the hunt officially laid it's claim into Jon and marked him as an avatar.
