Henry Marigold was a man who would one day be king. It was his divine right, and as the first born son now that May had stepped aside it was only a matter of time. 

He had eschewed his many lessons, or most of them on account of being too boring. As a soon to be king, he had kingly pursuits to pursue, drinking, gambling, hawking, and the like. 

He had advisors for the rest, and perhaps a wife, yes that was what he needed. As prince, and king to be his word was law. He'd find a peasant girl, and uplift her. She would be so grateful that she would adore him forever. It was foolproof.

Then he choose Ruby Rose…and his life was never the same.

Sorry about the late posting. Mom called and needed help. I had to go over to her house, and help her wrangle some chickens. Was wild.
