[VIDEO] Crepini — Honestly, This Was My First Startup Experience

I can't believe it was only five years ago when I started working with the first two people I ever saw as successful entrepreneurs. While I worked with Paula and Eric before, as a simple data entry clerk, it was nothing compared to the excitement in watching the team build a brand from scratch. 

Crepini is a combination of the French crepe and the Russian blini, filled with delicious flavors like spinach feta or portobello mushroom. I grew up eating a very similar product, so it's a bit of a trip seeing a Russian treat from home available to the masses. 

It was fun seeing the product go from testing, to the box, and all the way to the shelves of supermarkets. It was even more fun watching my own Mom sell them on QVC. And now,  as a three million dollar food business, I'm having more fun than ever watching them succeed from afar. 

Here's to the next five years Crepini! Lots of love, and all my best!
