Santa Cruzans!

I am Stage Managing a show at the Broadway Playhouse that opens in Oct and we need crewmembers. It does not pay, but is excellent experience, and the show is super entertaining and should be lots of fun- it's An Adult Evening with Shel Silverstein, a series of raunchy vignettes. I need at least one Assistant Stage Manager, and we need a Light Board operator and a Sound Board operator. No experience necessary, just an interest in theatre, we will train. Preferably, you would be available the last week of September and the weekends of the 4th through the 19th in October. Broadway Playhouse is easy to get to from all sides of town and the show shouldn't go too late.

hunting for crew

FERAL is an indie low budget feature shot on HD. Feral tells the story of two 30s men who pick up a distressed drifter & find themselves in over their heads when he attacks them as they try to help him. It's not a pretty, kind, or polite film (language wise & subject matter).  FERAL (www.theferalmovie.com) is being produced through Bruiser Films (Shiner, Flirting With Anthony) & is shooting March 26th-April 10th in Los Angeles. We are seeking applications for the following positions:  Director of Photography: looking specifically for DoP's who can create VERY different/fresh styles. Seeking very different visions & images. We WANT the out of the box DoP.  Sound: we want a sound guy/gal who is the twin to our DoP (see above). You can have your own gear or ours (we have DAT & hard disc units & mics) but we want someone, again, who is looking for that really strange/different feature.  UPM/A.D.  Script Supervisor  PA's  Send a resume & contact info & please specify that you're available all days of our shoot (3/26-4/10).
