‘I’m not a little kid!’ is what she wants to shout but Tashigi really wants to know why an established high ranking admiral was treating her like a long lost family member or something along those lines. In any case, the captain isn’t privy as to why this was done or what the purpose of doing this was supposed to do. Sure she may had gotten in a fit when those people from G14 told her to take care of the Helmeppo situation claiming it wasn’t her job to babysit or tell someone off in another jurisdiction entirely.

Those two were, him and Kolby, part of SWORD, an organization that had different clearances and secrets. Just getting involved with that seemed like a pain so Tashigi told one of the admirals pestering her to basically shove off since the captain was more focused on curing the children currently in her care. She had to keep her promise no matter what and to deal with things like what Doll was asking her to do was out of the question. But surely this right now isn’t the cause for that outburst was it?

Unlike Smoker, most of the other admirals never really spoke their minds. Then again, Tashigi never really interacted with any of them, besides Kizaru who she attacked once to save a certain swords-idiot on an island that one time. Anyways, she peeks up before moving a step away from the hand patting her head, wanting to go back to what she was doing before.

“If that’s all sir, I rather get back to helping these kids. I can’t let them down or their parents since I promised them that I would do as much as I could”. ‘And one that I made to the straw hats as well’, Tashigi mused.

rainy days always meant that people were inside, staying as dry as they could, something sol understood to a point, but they missed the joyous screams of laughter from kids playing in the streets, the hustle and bustle of people shopping at the market.
