I know it's a bad time to be posting an update - but this chapter does touch on an issue that was shown in the trailer released yesterday. I was hoping for images to use in the moodboard - and there they were!

Lestat and Louis have arrived in Lyon, and while discussing their findings to date and planning their next move, Louis asks an awkward question... and doesn't like the answer he gets...

Fledgling vampires are going missing - in the States and in Europe. Mysterious cases are being referred to The Vampire Detective Agency, ran by Lestat and Louis in New Orleans.

They decide to see if there is a link - sinister or otherwise - and embark on an international trip, fraught with danger. They'll be heading to Europe and beyond in their pursuit of the truth.

Luckily they have each other's backs ... and every other part of each other's anatomy whenever they have the chance!

Chapter 1

This is a sequel to The Vampire Detective Agency and the case of the Mozart Murderer - however, there's no need to be familiar with what happened in that story. Key points: Armand was Louis's maker and not Lestat Lestat and Louis met as private detectives on a case in New Orleans and formed the Vampire Detective Agency They fell in love and bought Louis's old home - 1132 Rue Royale - to live in. They use Louis's old apartment as their office for business (and make good use of the coffin/bedroom in the roof space)
