Dragon in clouds themed outfit, featuring this amazing kimono with clouds like pattern in beautiful sunset tones, paired with an antique obi  depicting dragons over an inazuma (thunder) ground.

This outfit reminds me of the "dragon in crimson clouds* umbrella by Hokusai Graphic. Crimson clouds (紅霞 kouka) designates the color of crimson-tinted clouds like those you can see for example at sunset:
