For the kin languages/canon speech thing: I spoke Japanese, Korean, Romanian, Mandarin, and English in my last life. You cannot imagine how frustrating it is to be raised monolingual in this life. I think I miss Romanian the most. Nothing else sounds quite like it. - Crina (UTAU kin)

I never realized how Islamophobic the kin community could be until I started talking about my life as Crina. Yes, my source creator is Muslim and there's evidence I'm Muslim in canon. Yes, I'm still genderfluid in canon. There *are* Muslim LGBTQ+ people and Islam is *not* a hotbed of hatred just because you saw it shown that way on the news. As someone considering converting to Islam in this life, seeing the hate from the "open and accepting" kin community is horrifying.

Owning up to my kintype/past life as Crina has given me a lot of confidence and I tried out for my college choir. I barely made the deadline for auditions, but they accepted me! I've never been so happy to get in a class in my life! My new teacher is awesome and I've been in a really upbeat kinshift all day now. I love life. #crina-chan

I told my only kin friend that I'm Crina (from/an UTAU) and she laughed at me and asked why I'd want to be 'that tramp', then started using my kintype as an excuse to misgender me. I feel so alone right now. I never should have said anything... #crina-chan
