Oven-Baked Cheesy Beef Tacos Crispy & Loaded
Perfect for any occasion, these delicate macarons are a delightful treat. Your guests will be impressed by these with their crispy shells and creamy filling.
Ingredients: 150g almond flour. 150g powdered sugar. 3 large egg whites. 50g granulated sugar. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Food coloring optional. Buttercream or ganache filling.
Instructions: Into a bowl, sift together powdered sugar and almond flour. Beat the egg whites until foamy in a different bowl. Gradually add the vanilla extract and granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Till everything is well combined, gently fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites. Add food coloring, if desired, and fold to achieve an even color. Spoon the mixture into a bag fitted with a round tip for piping. Pipe tiny circles onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. To form a skin, let the macarons sit at room temperature for approximately half an hour. Set the oven temperature to 300F 150C. The macarons should be baked for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are set but not browned and have feet. Take them out of the oven and leave them on the baking sheet to cool completely. Once cooled, make sandwiches by piping your preferred filling onto half of the macaron shells and then covering the other half with the remaining shells. To let the flavors meld, chill for a few hours. Savor your exquisite and refined macarons!
