I like this workout. I learned how to use the foot hook for rope climbs. It's pretty scary to have to rely on your arms after pulling a sled and being 50 ft in the air. ** I think I only got thru 4 rounds in 20 minutes. We took turns on the sleds and that took a while. # so I learned how to kip swing today. It's all a swing in the shoulders and some hip hinging.
