Ok, I need to just applause the sound design of these shows
A lot has been said on how diagetic the sound design is, but rarely do I hear people talking about the insane amount of sound gags. It’s never super obvious but when you notice it they becomes the greatest jokes is the show.
Things like the clang of a sword on someone’s back against a metal railing that no one points out. The dramatic sequence being broken up by everyone shouting over each others special moves or when on is sick. The perfection of silence as a punch line. The fucking intro song to inferno cop. Every time I notice one, it’s just the best shit
