Love the Florida Panthers but I cannot afford any of their merch/jerseys so I'm making my own merch

Third time is still not the charm, but i figured out how not to miss stitches while finishing it... but i made it too tight and cannot move my fingers.

It was knit on a long knitting loom, and i finished it with a crocheting hook... none of these things i know how to use.

Im learning a lot, but i have very little guidance since reading about crocheting or knitting or anything doesn't really compute, and videos only go so far. If there was someone I'd go to in person, that would be OK. But most of those are in groups and I have a social anxiety and so this is fun.

As a further distraction, I am no learning to crochet. Anyone know some basic patterns or things to do for people who can now manage to make a square that’s actually square-ish?
