sounds like the Book 1 5*’s are just going to be available in BHB/Voting Gauntlet/Skills banners, and removed from New Heroes/Seasonals Banners
I just can’t see how that’s a good solution. It does nothing for the fact that many of these units just should not be 5*s. Luke, Mist, Sanaki, Aqua, young Tiki, Saber, Lucina--there is straight no reason for them to be at 5* rarity any longer. While removing their ability to pitybreak you (on new banners only) is...something, it doesn’t do anything to deal with the core problem. It just shoves it to the side.
