there was no official moment when the two of you started dating

after hanging out and going on dates for a few weeks you both sort of just assumed the label

it all happened so slowly and naturally that there was no real need to officially tell people

you were both enjoying each other's company and gradually incorporating yourselves into each others lives

I guess the closest thing to making an official statement was when the two of you were hanging out with the gang at Soul and Maka's house

Soul had his arm around you, just listening to you talk with Tsubaki and Maka while keeping up his own conversation

when Liz asked if the two of you were official yet

"Yeah, you could call it that. Right Y/n?"

You nodded with a grin on your face, "yeah, we've been official for a little while now!"

Maka Albarn

has a whole plan

she meets you at your favorite cafe to get coffee, then you both take a walk in the park where Maka surprises you with a picnic

she was reading you a chapter from her favorite book when she pauses and puts the book down

you look up at her from your comfy spot in her lap when she sheepishly asks you to be her girlfriend

and you enthusiastically agree

when Maka gets home Soul asks how it went and Maka just couldn't hide her excitement

she doesn't go out of her way to tell people you both are officially dating but most people can just tell by how chipper she is holding your hand in the halls the next day

"She said yes Soul! I mean I was hoping she would say yes but c'mon! She actually said yes!!"

Black Star

already figures you're his girlfriend, doesn't realize he should probably ask

when the girls inform him that yes Black Star, you need to ask Y/n, he rushes to you no matter where you are

you just so happen to be in the middle of a class when Black Star bursts in, loudly, asking you to be his

you sheepishly say yes and ask him to leave you class

Black Star practically skips out of your classroom singing about having a girlfriend

all while you shove you head in your books, trying to avoid the other forty pairs of eyes staring at you

you're smiling on the inside but there's definitely a better time and place

there's no need to tell people directly about the two of you when Black Star shouts it to half of the school

Tsubaki Nakatsukasa

is one of the only ones to tell people like normal

you were actually the one to ask her after your fourth date

you had surprised her with a book signing for her favorite author and then taken her to lunch

she was ranting to you about the authors newest book when you just blurted it out

Tsubaki waited a respectful amount of time to tell people, enough for you two to settle into the next stage in your relationship

she won't make a public announcement to everyone, rather she would tell people one or two at a time

she would tell Maka and Crona at book club

she would tell Soul while they were catching up after drills

she would tell Kid and Liz while doing homework in the library

Patty and Black Star would find out from the others and be very offended that they weren't told first

Death the Kid

other than Black Star Kid is definitely the most dramatic with telling others you two were official

he asked you after about two months of going on dates

he brought you to an incredibly extravagant candle lit dinner

giving a speech about how much he cared for you before asking you to be his

you obviously agreed for the free dessert and you two became official

now to tell the world!

Kid invites all of your friends over to the mansion

you help him and the staff make dinner for everyone

and when you're all sitting down to eat Kid stands up and clinks his water glass

"Y/n and I have an announcement to make...We've been together for quite some time now. Apologies for keeping from all of you."

and then they all clapped

not a single soul was shocked

it was incredibly obvious that the two of you were dating

frankly they were just waiting for you two to admit it

Liz Thompson

you both end up asking each other at the same time!

you were on a beach date since Liz had insisted it was "peak sunset season"

you had finished taking some (beautiful) pictures of Liz when she came back to inspect your work

she was smiling and complimenting your style when you blurted out the question

"well that isn't fair, I was gonna ask you first you know"

now that you were both official you carefully planned how you were going to tell your friends

then shut off notifications and went to take a nap together

but he was determined to do it himself

he asked Maka for advice and she told them just to do or give you something Crona thought you would like and then ask

so they wrote you a poem!

you were on a walk outside the DWMA grounds when you stop under a tree

Ragnarok begins to tease the two of you saying that Crona was sappy

you asked what Crona meant and he blushes, pulling out a piece of paper that he reads to you

it was honestly one of the sweetest things you'd ever heard

when they were done they asked you to be their girlfriend and you accepted!

your plan of attack for telling the others was to tell those you considered to be calmer than some others (cough cough Black Star cough cough)

so you decided to tell Maka and Soul and let them tell the others

not without Maka threatening Black Star to not be obnoxious about it

a hush descended and stilled longer than usual, draped in the weight of the midnight silence. beyond the windows, the window draped the stone-carved walls of the convent silver, and the wind tiptoed through the dimly-lit corridors like a prayer left unspoken.

inside the sleeping quarters, twelve bodies tucked into humble sheets, cotton pillows, and nothing but a small candle by the door, as if a quiet analogy of the life they gained by joining the convent as a sister.

crona sat upright in their bed, trembling. their fingers dug into the coarse blanket, jaw tight to keep the sounds of panic from spilling into the room.

a dream—or perhaps a memory—had come clawing back, dragging them under like deep water. ragged breaths. shaking shoulders. a shame that clung to them like wet linen.

the mattress dipped beside them, and there you were. the nun who entered the rickety gates of the convent with big doe eyes and chest swelled in humility and quiet happiness. as if a treasure chest just opened its locks right before your feet that seemed to have never met a day’s hardship.

‘bad dream, sister?’

you tilt your head, eyes half lidded and lips curved into a sleepy smile as you tuck your knees to your chest and your fingers inching closer to crona but halting mid-way.

‘i-i didn’t mean to wake you’

crona pursed their lips trying to calm the heaving breaths crawling up their throat. their cheeks regrettably flushing as their body trembled just a bit more.

crona never intended to befriend you. you just happened to take a liking to their lavender-tinted hair and scrawny tall stature that never fails to give you a night’s worth of neck sores for looking up so much just to meet those faltering eyes.

crona also never meant to glance at every corner to see if they can somehow not-so-unintentionally run into you, stare a bit too long at your chest when you breathe raggedly after hard labor by the church gardens, or bite back a plead of your name when you’re enjoying another sister’s company in front of them.

‘i have a joke for you, i swear it’s funny this time sister’ you grin as you stifle a small laugh already escaping your lips.

crona could only nod after being taken out of their thoughts. it was cute, honestly. of all the nuns they’ve met, you were the funniest—to some—and most carefree of them all, as if this life didn’t mean a fate of restraint or sacrifice but a life of happiness and freedom.

‘what did the grape say when the nun stepped on it?’

crona tilted their head.

‘it whined-!’

what a perfect servant of god you were.

the silence was broken by a hiccuped breath of surprise from crona—was it a laugh? or a sob? they didn’t even know. but it made you giggle, quietly, and your body nestle just a bit closer to theirs and that felt warmer than any morning in spring and fireplace inside the convent.

your thigh brushed against theirs.

your hand hovered over their own, fingertips brushing, like a suggestion.

crona’s chest welled, drowning out any remaining echoes of their nightmare. instead, they could hear your heartbeat too—soft, patient, and achingly close.

and it hurt—god, it hurt. to look at you was to be pierced. Your lips, parted slightly with sleepy breath. your eyes, bright even in shadows. your kindness, your easy joy—it made Crona’s chest ache like a wound freshly opened.

how could temptation be this soft?

their gaze dipped—to your lips, your neck, your fingers. And lower. to your soft thighs squeezed together and your chest that stretched the fabric of your nightgown.

their own hands twitched beneath the blanket, every nerve screaming to reach out and hold, to clutch, to keep. but they didn’t. because to touch would be to ruin.

to touch would be to break something holy.

crona shut their eyes tight. you stayed there, beside them, as sleep tiptoed back into the room ‘you should pray those nightmares away, sister.’ you smiled softly, cheeks puffed and your fingers circling over their bedsheets.

crona could only nod and stared at the ceiling, unable to pray.

because how could they ask god to keep their nightmares away? they are simply not deserving. not when their throat throbs and head flooding with thoughts on how utterly soft your thighs would be underneath their fingernails

if they just dip their head lower tonight under the hem of your nightgown?

maybe they the nightmares are god’s punishment. and moments like these in between are the devil’s enticement.

Crona with a Hyperactive S/O!!

- Loves you so much, but it took a lot of getting used too. They used to be scared of you when they first joined the academy, because you were so… yourself.

- When they finally get the courage to talk to you, they expected you to make fun of them. Or kill them. But you were super nice! And from then on, you two became friends!

- Confessing was a whole different issue. Crona definitely liked you, but they were too shy to say anything. And you definitely liked Crona, but you didn’t know how to confess in a way that overwhelmed them!

- The solution? Ragnarok’s big (non visible) mouth spilled the beans about Crona’s feelings. You were ecstatic! And the rest was history

- Dates involve you dragging Crona around town so you could show them all the things they’ve missed out on when they were with the witches!

You sighed when your teacher gave you homework again, you could tell by the content that it wasn't going to be easy. When you were about to pack your books, you heard your beloved partner start whispering something to themselves, at the same time, they were slightly tugging their hair. Crona x fem artist! reader

You had Crona over your house since they were new to the DWMA you wanted them to feel welcome so decided for them to cover your house. They walked with you to your house which wasn’t so far. You opened the door walked it. Crona noticed a lot of art pieces hung up on the walls. They admired the artwork. “Yeah I made those myself i like doing art in my free time “ you smile and an idea popped into your head. “Hey let me draw you?!” You grabbed both of their hands as you saw how fidgety they were hung. Crib jumped in surprised. “D-draw me? I-I don’t know…I don’t think I’m good enough for you to draw me.”

You rolled your eyes. “Your perfect please let me draw you?” You asked as the smile you had on made Crona blush a little. They nod as you smile and went to get your painting supplies. You came back with a canvas, paints and brushes. You laid them down on the table. “Ok just sit there and stay still but it’s ok you move a little.” You patted the seat of the chair you had by the window. They nodded and sat down.

Moments went by as you were doing your work and looking at them. You made sure you made Crona comfortable by talking to them and saying how good of a job they were doing. Until Ragnarok came out and started complaining how bored this was and it was such a pain. They tried calming him down. “S-she’s working please let her paint. I-I wasn’t suppose to move…” they said as then you said nicely to him. “Ragnarok please I’m drawing Crona” since Crona liked you, he liked you as well. He nods and said a snarky remark and went back. You ignored him and went back to work.
