Here is the finished cross cut sled. I’m testing it for accuracy by doing the five-cut test. It was dead accurate! Whether it’ll stay accurate after a few months will be for another day. I made this to be quick and I was able to cut the pieces for my current projects. I didn’t use any glue for quick disassembly, adjustment, or parts replacement. All the wood are from my scrap pile. Fence was a previously jointed and planed pine that I had for a few months and I’ve never seen it deform in any way. If it did, it’s as easy as removing a few screw to replace. The only cheat I did was to use a Kreg Zeroplay miter bars I bought months ago but never used. Although my second sled had successful wooden sled (FYI, just one), I didn’t have time to do trial and error this time. #weekendwoodworker #woodworking #woodworkingnewbie #crosscutsled https://www.instagram.com/p/Bs9ZGDDgoCW/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=12r8wq0hblo0q
