I failed myself by not meeting another monthly goal. I failed myself through envy of my classmates crushing their goals. Yup, I failed hard today. So, flip the coin. How did I succeed? I succeeded by improving the form of my squat snatch and adding more weight. I succeeded by completing a tough WOD despite the remnants of a terrible cold. I succeeded by walking in the door.
