Sandstorms in Santo Ileso have this real post war vibe to them, the sky looks like it's searing with heat, like it's red then a smoky orange, it's just so eerie. I can't wait to do more "Fallout lore friendly Santo Ileso" stuff in Saints Row. Makes sense the NCR would be over in that region (out in the Badlands and over in the outskirts of the Rojas Desert). The Rio Salinas is I think, considered in general terms, a territory of the New California Republic as is most of Nevada.
