Yesterday, I had my first experience with Sridaiva, and I must say that I already feel in love. I had never heard of this practice before, as it is much less widely known, but it is incredible! Similar in some ways to yoga, but also so very very opposite as I found myself pretty often having to stop myself from falling into a yoga posture :p.

I can’t wait to continue learning more about this :3

I had to play at the wall just a little bit this morning, because in class yesterday I was having trouble accomplishing the crouching cat at the wall :p today it felt much more do-able. Plus, I had help doing a supported handstand last night for the first time ever and you know what they say about inversions; they are kind of addicting. So here I am, on a new journey and still continuing to better myself AND my practice and widen it in any way that I can <3.
