Having a funny crow morning - I've been working from the back deck like I do most mornings. The crows usually come and go, but this fellow has just been hanging out with me for a solid hour, walking around the rail of the deck, drinking water, messing with my stuff, and making little croaky noises at me from time to time.
Like, sir, can I help you?

I'm BEGGING some of you guys to read the original comics for The Crow. Please. They're beautiful and wonderful and as much as I truly love the '94 movie, I will love the comics more. They are 100℅ worth checking out for both the story and the art.
nothing will ever compare to the first time I ever interacted with any media related to The Crow; I was reading the special edition on my laptop because I couldn't afford a physical copy at the time and I had seen the art and was desperate to read it. I sat there with my blanket over my head in total darkness aside from my laptop screen and read the whole thing in one sitting, completely entranced by the story. I finished it and sat there and I felt like I had been gutted. I didn't read up on it before starting, went into it blind, and came out feeling like something had changed in my soul. idgaf if that sounds dramatic those comics did something to me.
