Final designs for CryoVain: Everest’s dorm uniforms

Regular students w/o cape.

The crystals hanging from the shoulder on the cape come in four different colors for regular students depending on their grade, and the dorm logo is supposed to go in the snowflake thing on the shoulder

The uniforms had a total of 7 redesigns counting this one, it’s lowkey nice to see my design improvement.

And now for the main protagonist of my campaign: The young white dragon Cryovain!

Making him completely white would have been pretty boring so I made him into my version of ice dragon. I used contrast paints as a base and build up with white. Then I gave my dragon a final white silver highlight so that if you hold him in your hands you see the scales shimmering. :-)

The ice on the base I gave a glaze with vallejo water texture.

Anyway the whole mini was made by “WizKids” (https://wizkids.com) and is not only really cool looking but also rather affordable.

Fantasy June Day 30: Final Boss

Atop a mountain peak caught in a stranglehold of ice, snow, and bitter, bitter cold, at the end of a snaking, whip-thin trail, sits the remains of an ancient fortress.  The halls are barren.  The wooden furniture is closer to dust than to trees.  The structure itself is beginning to crumble, if only just.  The only sound is the agonized shriek of the wind.

Well.  Almost the only sound.

For snoring upon the fortress’s tallest roof, irreverent to the deathgrip of the blizzard, is a beast of razored teeth and claws.  A primal thing, a seeker of death and domination, a thing which every creature residing in the hills and plains and forests below have learned to fear.

And it will not slumber for long.
