If anyone is wondering if 9-1-1 (The show) is addicting:
So, one autumn evening (for me), I decided to show my boyfriend 9-1-1 because I've been seeing Buddie everywhere again, and as we are a gay couple, I needed him to rant with me about them, and justify the tension I'm seeing (Don't judge. I'm doing the same with NCIS). That's how the journey started.
Us just watching Buck kick ass and meet Eddie. Bobby being everyone's dad, and soon, Bobby and Athena. It was a wonderful time. But, somewhere during season 1, he lets me know that he's applying to be a dispatcher. Three weeks later, he got the job.
And now, just because I decided to show him my little quirky gay firefighter show, I'm dating a dispatcher. I think I won.
PSA: Buck and Josh weren't crazy about the full moon. Dispatchers ACTUALLY avoid that shift like sin.
