Living your passion presents interesting opportunities. This weekend, we went to Seattle to promote my zombie book series at Crypticon, a 3-day horror convention. Had such an incredible weekend at Crypticon Seattle 2016!! My first cosplay of the year: Newt from Aliens!
I had the honor of meeting Cassandra Peterson (Elvira) who I have loved and grown up watching. I also got to meet and have breakfast with Lance Henriksen (Bishop) in addition to getting a photo with him, Michael Biehn (Hicks) and Alec Gillis from Aliens.
I also was able to attend an Airbrush Bootcamp with Dutch Bihary and ended up getting a private lesson from him on body painting!!
In all, an amazing and unforgettable weekend.
