Are they pulled right up to the door? Are they tucked back waiting to swoop in when you walk out? Or have they parked a little ways away?
Are their windows all the way down, maybe blasting music and hollering or singing? All the windows are closed but the climate control in the car is just perfect, somber and quiet music?
Did they bring anyone/thing with them? A pet, a friend? Maybe they brought you a present, or a change of clothes for the ride.
lastly, how’d’ya feel getting in the car with them?! Do you get a rush of warm, gushy feelings? Feel safe and taken care of. Or are you embarrassed? Maybe they have a unique car and you feel like everyone’s watching.
* bonus points if they kiss ya, grab your hands or waist once you get in, or butter you up.
my day is always a treat seeing cars pass. that’s a pretty color! that’s a pretty model! omg an antique! funny stickers n magnets! that one sounds soo nice.
only getting an 1hr1/2 of sleep prior to this trip was worth it.
i wanted to catch a pretty sunrise before the (supposed) snow came.. wow did this work out in my favor...
we missed the true sunrise but i much prefer the orange light than the pink.
this was a path leading to some public fishing piers, and i only passed one car (and they'd left before me).. felt real nice to have that kind of privacy with him. i struggle to take public photos, especially of/with him, but this was really great.
almost the whole time i was snapping photos of him. after i got cold, i just sat with him and talked (okay, and maybe cried some lol)
Maybe you had no clue they were alive, and you thought nothing strange of the vehicle you just hopped in. You had no way of knowing who or what they would end up to be to you.
Maybe the first time is something special, something earned after knowing them. They might’ve had to grown to trust you, or not be scared of letting someone in and control them.
Imagine your first (road) trip together!
Are they stressing over you, your comfort, the things you packed, what you’re going to be eating? You might have to remind them you’ve been just fine in a regular ol’ vehicle before.
Are they super pumped? Have made their own plans, routes, can’t wait to set out; itching to start this little adventure together?
Picture your first date!
Was it something you two planed or was it a surprise? Was in outside, maybe in a park or lot, or other non-populated spot? Maybe it was in a garage or hanger, all decorated for this.
Did they feel awkward or sad they couldn’t share the moment better with you? Couldn’t share foods, or relax with you, like another human would.
Did they not care, and just enjoyed the moment with you? Loved the thought, liked hanging out and chatting, and getting to watch you.
Suggestive ⇩
Did you have to learn - maybe the hard way - that some of their more internal components, like a steering wheel, buttons, throttle, etc, were sensitive or something not to be played with? Something benevolent to you is scandalous to them.
What about signs of how they're feeling? Does their frame shake, do they steam and smoke when angry? Is there a specific noise they make, a certain part that acts up? Do they weep and leak when upset? Do they put on different music? Move around differently, take a long way home?
What about when they're happy? Do their systems get jumbled thinking about you? Does their fuel or internal liquids run smoother, quicker, cleaner? Do their gauges soar, taxing themselves with all the love and focus for you?
How is maintenance with them? Do they prefer you to help, or does it go easier with someone they're not entangled with? Do either of you get freaked out or scared over it? Or one or both get a little excited?
Do they have any mechanical faults they get embarrassed of? Squeaky joints, leaky tanks or lines? Do you find them endearing, maybe a little humorous?
What about that first kiss, or that lingering touch? Do they prefer you touching a certain part (or parts) of them? Can they feel you better there, or see you more clearly? Was this something they could replicate or reciprocate?
Do they get scared they'll hurt/burn/crush you? Or get carried away and forget their strength? Do you worry about yourself? What about worrying about getting gunk stuck in them, having to clean them after to remove traces of you?
watching older (car) movies as a vehium is such a delight.
ogling at every car… noticing models in the backgrounds and parking lots, spotting the same car used in different scenes, noticing multiple cars used for the same vehicle / character.
