also yes devon still unfortunately dies, and bonnie isn't in this version either. i understand that her actress had retired and they couldn't get her, but they could've at least acknowledged her existence

the final scene of this script, which i really enjoyed reading. i can't imagine a life where michael and kitt aren't partners, and i'm glad this version agrees.

this script is definitely the better version of the movie, and i recommend reading it if the final version left a really bad taste in your mouth. insane that universal discarded it just days before production
