I opened a Patreon and a Ko-fi!
Okay, actually, the Patreon isn't really a Patreon yet. Let me explain.
The truth is, I really miss making my comics, and I keep saying that when I'm in a better financial situation, I'll finally get back to them, but that moment never comes, and every dollar I save goes to some emergency.
This month alone, I had several emergencies like this, plus a couple of canceled commissions, so I'm juggling what i have to pay the rent in a week.
So I took it upon myself to create this:
The Alternian Writing Guide!
Want to write in Alternian like a pro? Here's a guide with writing and translation exercises!
Pages and pages of exercises that you can print and complete by hand, in your favorite drawing program, or in your notebook using the PDFs as a guide.
And best of all, it's FREE! (because I don't own Homestuck).
BUT! If you enjoy using this guide and want me to be able to make my comics again, like Crow Strider AU - The epilogue (It's been years)
and Steve Was There AU (they've been in that lobster cage for a long time),
please consider tipping me on KO-FI or if you'd like, you can join my Patreon to support me monthly.
IMPORTANT: The Patreon currently ONLY contains the free alternian writing guide; there are no different rewards for each tier like on a normal Patreon, not for now at least.
I want to add different things like wallpapers, drawing guides, sneak peeks of the comics, and extra content once my finances stabilize.
So far the Alternian guide took all the spare time i had and i made it because i didn't want to just ask for support without giving you something at least.
The tiers are just there if you want to choose one of the three monthly donation amounts.
It would mean the world to me if you decide to download the guide and support me in getting back to making comics. I've been wanting to draw like I used to for a long time (plus, it's fun! Who doesn't want to write fluently in Alternian?)
Thank you so much for reading, and I would really appreciate it if you shared this or maybe my commission price list, in case other Homestuck fans are interested. They're always open.
