[5:49:49 PM] CosmicSynthetics: everybody thought he just had PTSD and maybe some other neurosis when he had panic attacks and shit
[5:50:19 PM] CosmicSynthetics: but he was actually seeing flashes of dangerous events in different timelines in his daily life instead
[5:51:02 PM] CosmicSynthetics: As he got older his abilities expanded from just seeing Bad Shit to giving him insight into near-future events that were likely to happen that he could either choose to work towards or try to avoid
[5:51:47 PM] CosmicSynthetics: He turned to spirituality and crystals and crap to help him control this shit, and since that's how he learned to cope, that's what his abilities respond to
