Gina: Hi, Matthew .. I’m Gina. Ciera told me you’d be training me. I’m ready when you are.
Matthew: I’d slow down a little and enjoy this time. As soon as I train you and you’re on the phones .. you’ll wish you weren’t. The people that call here are ... well, you’ll see. Speak of the devil .. give me a moment.
Thank you for calling Customer Service, this is Matthew. How may I help you?
Mmhmm ... yes, I see there was a technician sent out yesterday at 1pm.
Yes ma’am.
Just so I’m understanding .. you say your mouse is no longer working after the technician fixed your printer? .. Interesting
Ciera: And last .. my favorite place. Full kitchen and free snacks.

Gina: I’m thankful for the opportunity, though nervous about my lack of CS skill.

Independence Campus Clean Up— Another go-green project was this trash pick-up day! A few of our members were able to attend, where we collaborated with huge clubs- Interact, Key, and CSF, to beautify our campus. We found various debris such as glass, leftover food...etc. We successfully made our campus a much cleaner, and safer place! Volunteers were also given water and snacks after the event!
