Hey caro 🌹 I think leighton Meester was typed as a pure R but her husband Adam brody nothing really stands out to me , he dresses classic most of the time , he's 5ft11( 180 cm) and I see a little width in the jaw maybe pure N ? Have a nice day 🌹🌹🌹
you're a goldmine for us "we need to kibbe type more men and not just sit around complaining but actually do it" folk i swear you keep it coming! i might compile a masterlist of my men's typings sometime, we breezed through a gazillion of them here which is great, though it's a lot of effort so bear with me.
QUESTION TO EVERYONE: should i sort the kibbe masterlist alphabetically or by type?

as for the ask, adam does not look his best in natural athleisure clothing, or a scruffy beard/ tousled hair. the internet and myself seem to prefer his tailored looks, so sharp yang > blunt yang. there is some t-shape but no yin , no rectangular shoulders: rules out SD.
given neither had surgery, adam's jaw has more angularity and is narrower than a wide, N-type bevelled shape, like the rock's (FN). see the difference? natural jaws project sideways, while dramatic yang is more vertical and takes more sharp turns upward.
D and DC are his options, then. imo he is well-dressed as a C and doesn't have prominent D features, but average, symmetrical ones. DCs are often called "handsome", "heartthrobs", that applies to adam, not the dark dramatic image. it figures because like all Cs, he is allergic to wild gamine colors, patterns, fabric clashes.
let me give a very similar example: charles leclerc, famous monégasque f1 ferrari driver, same type - frequently called the most shockingly handsome man in motorsport (i love him). dressed impeccably in his sophisticated lines and his winter season here, the face pops:
so let's look at the gamine effect:
DC charles in wide gamine pants/color blocking - the item looks cute in and of itself, but on this body type, it's a strangely-dressed and comical mayhem as it creates imbalance:
versus him in armani, the most DC brand of them all - the narrow angular bones and strong shoulders are accommodated, and charles looks perfect, because that's what all classics are:
give a DC man a shave, and then a dark suit or even just a simple white tee and his chiseled features will shine like diamonds! being put together or very spartanly dressed are C's two "ideal modes". classics have some of the best face cards out there, their #1 challenge is to not to distract from it.
same goes for adam. his torso/hip/waist are also in line like charles' body, balanced, it needs underdressing. the yang undercurrent is even more obvious here, long arms and legs, narrow tall skeleton. the super simple red carpet style is best, and 5'11 is a perfect height for DC imo. wish he'd do the clean look more often!
