his face had dramatic classic vibes to me at first, but his 6'2 height puts him into the yang body types.
obvious vertical, so tall. that's why he wears elongated coats and sweaters with less flexible fabrics so well. leather-like jackets, too.
classic clothes and sharper lines don't sit right on arnaud. shoulders, sleeves, pants, nothing sticks, not a balanced ID. a classic type man would have this suit glued to their silhouette and shine in this.
compare cillian murphy - who is less wide and tall aka doesn't have to accommodate the torso/shoulder span or long limbs - he belongs to the classic family, pinstripes and tailoring are exactly his thing.
hence, my rule :: IF YOU WEAR CLOTHES OUTSIDE YOUR KIBBE LINES, THEY SIGNAL THE CHARACTERISTIC OF YOUR TYPE. e.g. myself as a dramatic, when i wear C clothes, they're too short -> i am elongated -> sharp yang. the "against or for the silhouette" effect.
keira knightley in a natural coat as an example. the sleeves hide her hands. the garment is made for kibbe width and a more powerful, less angular physique. -> she is narrow dominant.
so, when francois wears DC, he needs to choose wide shoulders and loose flared pant cuts to even fit into a tuxedo's uppermost part especially -> soft yang dominant! kibbe width alert.
magically, flamboyant natural clothes without the heavy tailoring aspect do it for him. textured fabrics are fantastic on FN men. that image ID might as well live in winter clothes 😅 because that's where the fabrics with substance are.
as cesare borgia, he portrays a soft dramatic (big, curly, controlled hair = always SD). it's a character, but not "him". too constructed, too much decor. francois doesn't have any yin, that's why it looks so theatrical. it doesn't quite match his face and the outfit we see first.
interestingly, connor is the one who portrays a flamboyant natural type in the series, but he's suited better by sharper dramatic clothes. connor probably had to work out like crazy to get a more width-based physique. ilya is introduced right away in N type clothing, even. hoodie, beanie, tone in tone, the classics.
but where jeans, fluffy hair, and knitwear look casual, cute, and homely on connor, like it does on all kibbe types that aren't naturals:
...it looks high fashion on francois. those cozy fabrics just read as so cool and defined on FN types. (just a bit of D undercurrent sharpness missing, this outfit is pure natural, not FN)
