I love the taste of marshmallows in hot chocolate but like if it's too hot the marshmallows melt too quickly and too much and create a whole ass new layer that just WON'T dissolve with the rest of the hot chocolate. But if I drink it before it melts entirely then the marshmallows brush against my lips whenever I tilt the glass to sip and it's GROSS. Now not only can't I properly enjoy the taste of marshmallows in my hot chocolate, but also I have to drink that extra layer by itself and it's WEIRD. MAKE IT STOP

Some newbie broke the robot coupe today in the kitchen. He was shredding cabbage for the tacos and there was an explosion of shredded cabbage throughout the entire kitchen. And guess who was put on babysit the newbies? Me. 🙄

Culinary mishaps during no groceries month...
Well it's day 5 and I've had a few kitchen mis-haps this week already. The first salad I made was drizzled with stir fry oil instead of walnut oil because both bottles from the back are exactly the same. I plodded on, thinking it tasted revolting but Hubby barely noticed thankfully!! The next episode was last night's 'claflatti' because I picked up plain flour instead of self raising (tasted great though, if a little chewy in texture!). And today's disaster.... Don't defrost home made gnocchi before cooking them!! I ended up with doughy mush but I just dumped bits in boiling water and carried in regardless. They look horrific but they will taste ok, I'm sure. Wonder what I'm going to get wrong next????
