I burnt my stupid quirk chungus bread

Idk how it even happened, I used the exact same recipe and timing that I always use. Now the entire house is filled with smoke in the middle of the night and I'm trying to be quiet while I air it out

Ironically most of the bread seemed to be perfectly fine, it was only a tiny piece of the crust and some of the flour on the pan

My dad got into baking sourdough this month, totally spontaneous. Why? Unknown. But now we get lots of bread. No complaints. Starring stray kitty who wants to sample some.
