Pumpkin Cupcakes
1 cup of Sugar 1 cup of All Purpose Flour 1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil 2 Eggs ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract ¾ cup of Pure Pumpkin Puree 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp of Baking Soda ½ tsp of Baking Powder ¼ tsp of Salt
"usually with simple cakes you mix together the fat and the sugar first, so here the oil and sugar, and then add the rest of the wet ingredients, and separately combine the dry, and then mix the wet and dry together"
