The times I truly believe I messed up are the times my dishes are the best like what
I was so scared about my dish today omg I was mentally preparing myself to hear it was too starchy but when chef Paul threw his head back and said it was bomb I felt so good inside HE LITERALLY SAID BOMB CHEF BERTRAND AS WELL SAID IT WAS SO GOOD I COULD NOT EVEM BELIEVE I THOUGHT I WAS BEING PUNKED BUT THEY KEPT EATING IT AND I JUST FELT SO GOOD I COULDN’T STOP SMILING AND WHEN MATAO WAS THINKING ABOUT WHAT GRADE WE WERE GOING TO GET CHEF BERTRAND WAS LIKE WELL THIS DISH ALONE IS WORTH 30 POINTS AND SINCE THERES FOUR OF US EACH DISH IS WORTH 25 EVEN THO WE GOT A 95 BECAUSE THE OTHER 2 DISHES WEREN’T AS GREAT IM STILL SUPER HAPPY ABOUT MINE AHHHHHHHH
Omg Matao said my plating was VERY NICE WHEN CHEF PAUL CALLED MY PARSLEY POTATOES BEAUTIFUL WHEN HE KEPT EATING MY CARROT PURÉE BECAUSE IT WAS HIS FAV AHHHHH I WAS SO HAPPY
First Culinary Bio Entry
A brief description about how am I at the point that I am and where am i hoping to go:
My food adventures began when I was a child traveling with my family and having food at family member’s houses or restaurants. Often I would have foods that I didn’t even knew the name of but I was fascinated by the taste, colors and textures of them.To be honest for a long time I wanted to become an artist because I wanted to express myself while initiating pleasure in others through creation, over time I realized cooking includes all of these elements while being an artistic skill in a sense so I decided to continue my culinary adventure to peruse my dream. All of my jobs in my life had been in the food industry and I'm hoping to go back with more to offer.
I would be happy to get feedback on this blog from anyone who’s passionate about food and cooking so hopefully we can all grow together.
