Driving 30 minutes to town because it's cheaper to live out of town

Churches at every block

Cow manure smell in the air

And mainly seeing pickup trucks and boats

You guys wanna know what's happening in Cullman, Alabama???!!

This is the first time this has happened in my small town in my life!! I've never seen this happen:

-there are a buttloads of protests and riots going on tonight

-people threatening to burn down the Lowe's (in Cullman, the Lowe's is the redneck headquarters)

-dicks sporting goods is begging people not to break the glass

-every single cop and even some STATE TROOPERS are raiding the town and pulling people over.

In fact, a state trooper is beside me right now to get a coffee and he was sitting there a long time before he went inside so I now have a panic-induced stomach ache because I thought he was gonna try to profile me (because of my hair color)

I'm sitting here because my biracial cousin was with her friends and got scared from everything and asked me to pick her up.

I have seen 3 blue lives matter flags on back of pickup trucks.

I freaking hate it here.
