Candles, oil lamps and lanterns are all over. These cute ones hanging over the walkway of the mall as we were heading out were crying out for a groufie. The lights are believed to ward of evil. They had these on display at the mall as part of the Hindu festival Tihar (festival of lights). It's our first time to see Rangoli art this big. The marigold garlands got our attention too.
