Out Where the People Are | NBI Clearance in LESS THAN 15 Minutes!
We are in a new city, in a new season, and part of that is to get new jobs while we are on this extended furlough in the Philippines. We had to renew our documents, since the last time we got them was xx number of years ago. ^__^ Pleasantly surprised that the process is much easier now compared to an era ago. An era of #pila or almost endlessly queuing everywhere. Now, almost everything is done online. Everything is relatively easier, ONCE you get there. For those in the metro, maybe the question is IF you ever get there? Hallelujah, that is all I want to say about that. Looking at the bright side, we continue to declare the parking situation in EDSA and SLEX will change soon, in Jesus' name! And despite all that, kudos to all administrations that have worked towards modernizing public services. More please! :) See, there is something we could always thank God about. The highlight of our day, more than getting the clearance in less than 15 minutes to compensate the ordeal of being stuck in some traffic, was to meet this young boy selling fried lumpia (local spring roll), turon (banana spring roll with caramel) and buko juice. I didn't have breakfast and it was past lunch, so he was definitely heaven-sent. Barely 13 or 14, he was already manning his food stall with much confidence. Introducing this boy to Jesus was such a treat for me, tastier than the lumpia I inhaled, I mean gobbled, I mean ate with all modesty. My food that time was to do the will of my Father (naks) AND 2 rounds of lumpia, lol! Always stop, even for the one. Be a blessing to somebody today. :) #soulwin #makeitalifestyle #familyinministry #familyonamission #go #outwherethepeopleare
