With fresh parsley, dill, cumin, and garlic, these savory lamb burgers are full of flavor. They'll be a great choice for your next burger night. Tzatziki sauce adds a Mediterranean touch. You can serve them with or without it.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground lamb. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped. 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped. 1 tsp ground cumin. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for garnish. Tzatziki sauce optional, for topping.
Instructions: Put the ground lamb, chopped parsley and dill, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Combine the parts until they are well mixed. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. The lamb patties should be grilled or fried in a pan for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are lightly browned. Put lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices on the bottom bun of each burger, and then put a lamb patty on top of them. Spread tzatziki sauce on the top bun before putting it on the patty if you want to. Enjoy your tasty lamb burgers while they're still hot.

These carrot and lentil tacos with cumin are full of flavor and texture. The dish has a smoky depth from the cumin that is used to roast the carrots, and the lentils make the base hearty and healthy. These tacos are a tasty and filling vegan meal. They are topped with creamy avocado, tangy salsa, and fresh cilantro.
Ingredients: 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced into thin strips. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 teaspoons ground cumin. 1 cup cooked lentils. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 8 small tortillas. Toppings of choice: avocado, salsa, cilantro, lime wedges.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Combine the carrot strips with salt, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil in a large bowl. Toss the carrot strips until they are well covered. Lay the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. For 20 to 25 minutes, or until the carrots are soft and slightly caramelized, roast them in an oven that has already been heated. While the carrots are roasting, warm the tortillas up the way it says on the package. After the carrots are done, put together the tacos by putting a scoop of cooked lentils and a lot of roasted carrots in each tortilla. Add your favorite things on top, like salsa, cilantro, avocado slices, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve right away and enjoy!
